A little FAQ for you

We recommend the Traveling Tavern for parties expecting anywhere from 100-500 attendees. Just like you can customize what beverages are included, you can also choose the size for each keg as well, making it the perfect fit for your party!
Don’t over think it! On average, we’ve seen that each guest typically has 2 drinks. Whatever your RSVP number is, double it. If your group is a little heavy handed, we encourage you to triple it!
Due to Kansas state law, we are required to have a bartender to serve alcoholic beverages. This helps keep your guests safe, while having a good time!
There is a base rental fee of $400. This covers the delivery, set up, large capacity stand up cooler, ice, cups, pick-up and cleaning of the trailer. The rest is up to you! What beverages you select, along with what size of kegs will determine the cost- meaning you have the power to make it fit your budget! All in (excluding optional add ons), the cost start as low as $2.50/drink!
